How to recover and manage your WikiURL links
Recover access using the email you used to create your links, and keep private management addresses separate from public links.

Separate public links from private access
The short link is the address you share to send other people to your destination. Management access is private: it lets you administer your links and should not be published beside a QR code or on a social network.
If you have your management access, use it to sign in. If you have lost it, start recovery in WikiURL with the same email address you used to create the links.
Request the recovery email
Open Recover my links and enter your email address. Check your inbox and, if the message does not appear, your spam folder. Use the most recent message corresponding to your request.
The page does not publicly confirm whether an address has links. Follow the instructions in the email you requested; do not use recovery links sent by someone you do not know.
Confirm access before it expires
Recovery access lasts 15 minutes and can be used once. Opening the screen lets you review the confirmation; access is consumed when you confirm. If it expires, request a new message.
Confirmation renews the previous private access addresses for your manageable links while retaining the public short addresses. Store the new access privately.
Check changes to your link
From management you can review the destination and available options. If you change the URL, test the short link after the change. If you pause it, redirects are prevented until you reactivate it.
Keep the access email in a protected place. Recovery does not restore deleted links or prevent the expiry you configured. Before publishing an address in printed material, check its status and duration.
What changes when you recover access
Recovery acts on private management access, not the public short URLs already shared. Use the creation email and confirm recovery from the received message. Completion renews previous private access: saving only an old private link may no longer be enough.
Recovery access lasts 15 minutes and is used once. If you requested several messages, start with the latest and do not reuse an already confirmed one. Then check destinations of the links to manage before sharing again.
URL corta pública → se comparte
Acceso privado de gestión → se guarda, no se publica
Mensaje de recuperación → confirma el acceso, no sustituye el destinoPausing, changing destination, and expiration are different decisions
To temporarily stop visits without replacing distributed material, pause the link and check its status. If the resource moved, edit the destination and confirm the new page is accessible. Expiration limits the chosen validity; a QR containing the short link still depends on it.
Before editing a campaign link, save its current destination and decide whether every publication should be affected. The same short link may be in emails, posters, and social media: changing its destination modifies that common point, not just one placement.
If you cannot sign in, identify the problem
If email does not arrive, check the address and spam folders; do not request codes continuously. If recovery expired or was used, request a new message and confirm it. If private access opens but a link is missing, check the correct creation email was recovered.
Do not publish a code or private access in a screenshot or support message. Initially the public short link and observed behavior are sufficient. Optional link titles and statistics do not replace destination checks: an address may respond yet require permissions.
